Terms & Conditions
Due to limited weekend bookings payments are non-refundable.
We would require 50% deposit to secure your booking and the remainder to be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.
Where we can’t always promise good weather we can always promise a beautiful function so should Mother-nature decide it’s a day to refresh her beauty with a little rain we are happy to set up and hold your event at your home or at an alternate venue near by. Please always have a backup venue in mind and let us know at least 24 hours prior to the event if there is a change in location.
Damages and Loss
If there are any rugs, cushions or table cloths with food/drink stains that require professional cleaning you will be liable to cover these costs. Also any equipment that is lost or broken during the event must be covered at full retail price.
We are happy to remove refuse that is placed in refuse bags and do a general tidying up of the area on pack down but if there is any littering or broken glass to be picked up an additional $60 fee will be charged. Unfortunately, confetti or similar is prohibited and use thereof may result in fines from council. Please remember that there are general rules set up by the council which should always be adhered to. See council rules in the relevant area before booking.
We will not be responsible for you consuming alcohol in public. Please note that there are many alcohol free zones around the State where alcohol is not permitted.
